Wasting Time?

It's been a challenging week.  I've been not so good, but it's all about building habits, about building for that foundation for the future.  I've had to go backwards to be able to go forward.

I'll admit to thinking that this would be easy.  This is not that easy.  Physically I don't feel the hunger that I used to feel.  Emotional and bored eating is something that is difficult to change the habits for.  I need to find things to do to distract me and occupy me.

I've still lost weight.  I will get an exact number when I go to the Doctor this time next week.

Easter has come and been and not a single Easter egg was consumed.  Yay me :)

New Week - 1st April

New week will start tomorrow.  Almost over week 2.  Everything is going well - my wounds are healing and I am losing weight.  I did not think that I was, but I think that I've lost almost 8kgs (18 pounds).  I'm trying not to focus on the weight loss at this stage.  I'm eating what I am meant to, however I have had a few things not on the list (including a chocolate freddo).  The more prepared I am with lunches and dinners, the better I do.

This week I will stick to my diet and I will move more.

I have been light headed this week and had a trip to the doctors thinking that my blood pressure meds are too high.  We have halved them, but this is not helping.  I also have a cough, so I might be sick which is causing the light headedness.
